I was at Hue around Christmas time, and our tour bus was fully packed that we had to turn away many people along the pickup routes. Hue is lovely, much less crowded, slower, more beautiful and decent in prices compare to Saigon and other areas in Vietnam. And yes, there are tour and travel offices that open until late at night for your service.
