19:00,
These are my first 24H in Hanoi, Vietnam! From wandering through Hanoi’s old streets, trying local food and Vietnamese coffee shops to exploring Hoàn Kiếm Lake and taking a ride with the famous Vietnamese cyclo (rickshaw) of Hanoi, here's my itinerary and first impressions as a first time traveler to Hanoi! On my first 24hours in Hanoi, Vietnam, we try iconic Vietnamese dishes like banh mi, green rice & cendol, Gà rán chua ngọt (sweet and sour fried chicken), Phở chiên phồng (popular Hanoi street food dish), visit hidden gems in Hanoi and explore food stalls and Vietnamese cafes that locals actually love. I’m also sharing some of Hanoi’s best kept secrets including locals' habits. Beyond food, in this Hanoi travel vlog we explore the Old Quarter of Hanoi and experience the buzz of the Old Quarter, go shopping for souvenirs and even talk about the culture shock and first impressions! This video is the ultimate Hanoi travel guide for those planning a Vietnam trip 🧳 and food lovers looking for authentic Vietnamese restaurants and street food. 🥘 The Locations Featured:1. You guys are such a lovely and pleasant couple. Love how you're so open minded in going to and trying different things and foods. We love VN as well, its food, its people, its history, scenery, etc. And for us to be able to enjoy all of those things at such a low cost made it that much more enjoyable. We signed up for a scooter foodie tour in Hanoi and we loved it for the unique local eateries and the unique food that locals eat, but most importantly the 4 riders that took us spoke English and each of us had a lovely conversation like we're friends just hanging out with each other. They shed so much insight on daily life or an ordinary Vietnamese citizen using their and their friends' life as examples. Our two teenage kids felt like they were talking to friends on a Friday night out.

We used Green SM cab and scooter service and absolutely loved the experience of riding on the back of the scooter in the busy streets of VN. A very strange and ironic sense of freedom and yet part of a large community of fellow scooter riders. Safe travels.
