Hi Ryan and Emily, thanks once again for showing us various parts of Vietnam. My family and I have yet to set foot in Vietnam but now we got a much better idea which city to stay, places of interest, food to look out for and how much to budget for. All thanks to The Snails Traveller. ❤

I would visit there. I visited northern Vietnam before but would love to see the south. I appreciate your father's service.

My wife and I first went to Vung Tau in Dec 2000 staying at Back Beach near Sammy's Hotel. We returned several times last visiting there in 2010. I remember it was much longer walking up the statue than I had expected so you give good advice. Your video brings back fond memories and also shows some changes. Weekends were much more crowded with day trippers from HCM city so I recommend staying there on weekdays if possible. Hoping to go back for a visit next year and stay at Front Beach.
