My Sleeper Bus Crossed the Mekong and Everything Changed 🇻🇳 HD

I wish I could have captured my very initial reaction when my bus pulled into the ferry I thought I made a mistake in my booking 😂😂. My sleeper bus crossed the Mekong Delta on the way from Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) to Long Xuyên, and by the time I stepped off, I was in what is my opinion the friendliest city in Vietnam. No plans. No guide. No attractions. Just real reactions and people.I ended up sitting outside a small mechanic shop, then sharing cake, fruit, and juice with people I’d never met. Later, I talked with families over dinner about life here, what makes this city different, and what a “good life” actually looks like in Long Xuyên.This is part of my Alien Series.I go to places that don’t revolve around visitors and see what actually happens socially when I show up. No tours. No scripts.
